Summary

Included here is the island of Fuerteventura which together with Lanzarote form the eastermost of the Canary Islands.

Of the endemic vascular plants so far recorded there appear to be some 14 species strictly endemic to Lanzerote but no endemic genera. Also included are a further 23 species that are confined to the eastern islands of Lanzerote and Fuerteventura (marked L&F).
