Summary

Included here is the island of Gran Canaria situated more or less in the centre of the Canary Islands.

Of the endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 89 species in 40 genera and 19 families. There are 2 genera (marked red) endemic to the Canary Islands but no endemic families.
