Summary
Included here is the Indonesian island of Java surrounded by the Java Sea to the north and Indian Ocean to the south.
Of the endemic and near endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 387 species in 218 genera and 70 families. There are two endemic genera (marked red) but no endemic families.
