Summary
Included here are the Atlantic islands of Madeira and Port Santo, and the uninhabited Desertas and Salvage islands.
Of the endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 186 species in 109 genera and 42 families. There are three endemic genera (marked red) but no endemic families.
