Summary
Included here is Palau - a group of over 250 islands forming the western chain of the Caroline Islands. These form part of the larger island group of Micronesia.
Of the endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 177 species and varieties in 98 genera and 46 families but no endemic genera. This list has recently been revised by Costion & Lorence (2012).
