Summary
Included here are the Pacific islands of Vanuatu (formerly New Hebrides) which forms a Y shaped archipelago of more than 80 islands, the largest of which is Espiritu Santo.
Of the endemic vascular plants so far recorded there are about 149 species in 109 genera and 50 families. There are 3 endemic genera (marked red) but no endemic families.
